The Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) is being made available for public comment from December 4, 2025 to January 15, 2026 in accordance with the requirements of the MTO Class EA. The TESR documents the EA study, including the consultation completed, evaluation of alternatives, Preliminary Design, anticipated impacts, mitigation measures, and commitments for future work.

​If there are no outstanding comments after the comment period, the project will be considered to have met the requirements of the Class EA and may proceed to the Detail Design phase(s), subject to funding and approvals.
