Upon completion of this study, a Transportation Environmental Study Report (TESR) will be posted here for a 30-day public comment period. The TESR will describe the site selection process, evaluation and selection of the Technically Preferred Alternative (TPA), the Preliminary Design of the TPA, and recommended mitigation measures.

 

A Notice of Completion will be issued to advertise the availability of the TESR for a 30-day public comment period.

Information collected for this study will be used in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. With the exception of personal information, all comments will become part of the public record.
