Notice of Completion

​The Notice of Completion was distributed to the study contact list and additional local residents, and is being published in local newspapers as follows:

  • December 4, 2025: Ottawa Community Voice – Kanata North and Stittsville (English); and

  • December 6, 2025: Ottawa Le Droit (French).
